ROS Legacy Register and Sign In
Registration moved twice in five weeks, which is why so many searches for ROS Legacy register, sign in and create account currently land nowhere useful. Pre-registration closed on August 16, 2026. The host that carried the old form no longer resolves. Since September 19 the account that mobile needs is created through Mirae Labs, whose addresses the operator publishes in a dated link list. This page follows that list and explains which older instructions have stopped working.
01The account routes that work today
The operator publishes its own link list in the Discord information channel and stamps it with a revision date, most recently September 20 at 03:20. That list gives mirae-labs.com/register to create an account and mirae-labs.com/login to sign in, alongside roslegacy.net as the official site, dl.mythgames.net for the desktop installer and dl.roslegacy.net for the Android package. Both account addresses answered with HTTP 200 on September 21. Comparing an address against that dated list takes a few seconds and is more reliable than judging a page by how official its layout looks.
The registration form asks for a username of three to twelve letters and numbers, an email address, a password of eight to sixty-four characters containing upper case, lower case and a digit, and a birthdate. Nothing on the form requests payment, a phone number, a game key or credentials from another service. A page that asks for any of those is not reproducing this flow.
Searches also surface login.roslegacy.net, which serves a page titled ROS Legacy — Sign In with a Mirae-Labs footer and resolves to the same Cloudflare addresses as dl.roslegacy.net and cdn.mobile.roslegacy.net. It is not one of the addresses the operator lists, so the published route above is the one to follow; the sign-in screen behind either address expects the same Mirae Labs account.
02Pre-registration is closed, and you no longer need it
Pre-registration for ROS Legacy closed on August 16, 2026. Searches for ros legacy pre register are still common because the phrase entered circulation while the campaign was running, but the form behind it is gone and reopening it is not part of the current stage.
The reason it stopped mattering is the September 19 announcement. The operator stated that everyone can play ROS Legacy Mobile for free during Pre-OBT and that no previous access or invitation is required. A player who missed the August window is not behind anyone: registration is now a normal account signup rather than a queue position, and it grants the same access as an early entry would have.
The same logic applies to tester searches. Phrases like alpha tester register described an earlier selection round, not a standing programme. The current path is to create the account and install the build; there is no separate tester application to submit, and no first-party source describes paying anyone for selection.
03Why older registration instructions fail
The previous registration and download host was ros.mythgames.net. On September 21 that hostname returned no A, AAAA, CNAME, NS or SOA records through both 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8, while sibling hosts on the same domain continued to resolve normally. The subdomain was withdrawn rather than the whole domain failing, so a browser reports a lookup error rather than a maintenance page.
That single change invalidates a large amount of secondary material. Videos, forum replies and screenshots recorded between June and August send players to an address that no longer exists, and search snippets cached from that period still describe a pre-register button. Anyone following those steps reaches a dead end and reasonably concludes the project stopped, which is not what happened.
The operator moved rather than closed. Mobile is handled by Mirae Labs from September 19, the PC build still ships from Myth Games at dl.mythgames.net, and the community Discord has remained continuously active throughout. Searches for register site of ros mythgames.net and similar phrasings are therefore looking for a stage that ended, and the working equivalent is the Mirae Labs form.
04Sign-in problems and what they usually mean
A not registered message at sign-in normally means the account exists on a different route than the one being used. The account created at Mirae Labs is the account the mobile client expects; an older profile from a previous test round is not carried across automatically, and no first-party source describes a migration tool for pre-August accounts.
Sign-in and account creation are separate steps on separate screens, which is a common source of confusion. mirae-labs.com/login authenticates an account that already exists. mirae-labs.com/register creates the account in the first place. Attempting to sign in before registering produces a failure that looks like a server problem but is not one.
For anything the form itself does not explain, the operator directs players to its Discord channels rather than to a support email. The information channel carries the current link list, the announcement channel carries stage changes, and the FAQ channel answers the recurring questions. Support instructions arriving through direct message rather than those channels do not share that provenance.
05What the account currently unlocks
Right now the account opens the Android build. Mobile Pre-OBT is live and free, the package comes from dl.roslegacy.net/android/apk, and the September 21 check returned a 103.5MB file last modified September 18. The PC version is a separate track: the September 19 announcement states it is still in progress and not included in this Pre-OBT opening, with a further update promised when it is ready.
One account covers both tracks once PC opens. The operator FAQ states that progress synchronises across platforms, so advancement earned on Android will appear on PC. The same FAQ states that mobile and PC use separate matchmaking queues, so the shared account does not let the two platforms play together.
The game is free to play and the FAQ describes top-ups as optional, reachable through Store then Top-Up. No first-party source describes a paid registration tier, a founder pack requirement or a paid priority queue during Pre-OBT, and no launch date has been announced for the stage that follows it.
